Oseberg logs on site
It’s the count-down for the building of the New Oseberg Ship in Tønsberg. On Tuesday 15 June a huge truck arrived in Tønsberg loaded with 25 tonnes of oak logs that had been chopped in Danish woods in April. Heavy machinery as well as raw muscle power were needed to place the logs in their right position
Happy boat builder: Raw muscle power was necessary to position the logs as the boat builder wanted them.
